His Instagram account, @dinnerbyben, is full to the brim of delicious looking recipes using seasonal produce, and his Substack, 'How I Cook', has recipes, chef tips and even music playlists to cook to! Ben has chosen to recreate Vanda’s cappellacci di zucca, or pumpkin ravioli, perfect for autumn season.
