As we enter the month of May, haunts around the country are starting their hiring and

building seasons. There are also a few Halfway to Halloween events still going on so

look out for them. It could be your last chance to see your favorite haunt before the Fall.

In the meantime, we sent Badger to the East Coast Haunters Convention in

Philadelphia a couple weeks ago and he’s returned with a LOT of interviews and

coverage from their sophomore event. If you missed it, you’ll feel like you’re there. If you

want to attend next year, they’ve already announced the dates for 2026. Visit the ECHC

website for that information and plan to be there next year.

Storm is ranting about the most important question on the internet at the moment in a

The Roundtable of Terror tackles a rather difficult subject…abuse in the haunt

workplace, and not just from customers. There's a documentary coming out this October

that discusses untold behind-the-scenes stories in the haunted house industry. We sit down

with the filmmaker to find out why there was a need for a documentary like this. But

thankfully it's not all disturbing, there are also positive stories of what makes this industry so

special from those who work in it. However, there may be some subject matter that could be

difficult for some to hear. Consider yourself warned.
