Why do I have to pay for ads when I pay for Audible and I bought abide with a credit

Wonderful Meditation, great narration, however background sounds are loud and distracting. Takes extra focus to move passed it. It would be nice to select this with or without the background sounds. Soft music would be so much better.

Distracting Ocean Wave Sound

The thing that these daytime episodes is that they often mention examining your sins. Yes, sin isn't good, However to have exercises where you examine your sin in almost every episode isn't helpful for mental health. People like me who have severe OCD and perfectionism actually are very harsh towards ourselves and already sin focused enough as it is. So these podcasts actually backfire.
