Kaikeyi, the most controversial character in Ramkatha, always stayed the most vibrant character for me. Her role brings tectonic shift within the whole epic. This abhivyakti revolves around her and tries to explore the warrior in her.

For me every morning conveys a goal to be achieved towards making my own self a better version. It's almost a promise every day to do justice to myself, the other one and my intentions whenever I interact with anyone. I try not to hurt anyone even in the wildest of my dreams. May God bless me with all strength and good virtues that I should never be the reason for hurting my own soul and the other soul too. This Abhivyakti of mine is just a self dialogue that went inside me while working on my own self towards a try to incorporate soothing flavours in my conversation.

Men, women, and humans - I deeply resonate with the essence of our shared humanity, which is why during Women's Day, I often find myself slightly uneasy with the recurring themes dominating conversations. The multitude of consolation events and discussions can be discomforting. Instead of focusing solely on gender, why not celebrate qualities like excellence, wisdom, courage, grit, and resilience, which are inherent to being human? While acknowledging excellence is important, why confine it to a specific month or week? Why divert attention to the role of the opposite gender in hindering women's progress? Challenges exist for everyone, but with determination, there are no limits. In my podcast, I aim to highlight the natural balance that exists and emphasize that our progress or setback is ultimately our own choice. We hold the power to shine brightly or remain in the shadows, unaffected by external forces.

Communication stays a truly indigenous part of living beings . The true essence of a classic communication lies within a profound listening.

Many times I think and question myself on my listening abilities too as some of the failed listenings have given me none other than only pain, frustration, sadness and endless regrets. It's literally imperative to take care of non-verbals and unspoken along with the spoken in a powerful communication. A successful core-to-core communication is only possible if it involves complete awareness about the intent and emotions at both ends.

In this podcast, I have made a little try to draw our attention on this master skill that's listening. I here share my abhivyakti on this with you all.

A thought, some questions, some expressions, the bond called marriage, My Abhivyakti!

I have seen many changes and transitions in humans post the change in their marital status. Positive transitions are always welcomed, what bothers me, is some diminished self-respect, somewhere an overshadowed new version of the same individual, the frustrations of not being able to carry this bond, some guilt and so on....

In this podcast, I just have tried to re-explore the meaning of this bond called Marriage. Whether being in this bond or being out of this bond even due to some painful reasons how not to compromise on our inner self, soul and virtues, how should be undeterred and unaffected irrespective of the bond... life should go on moving in the most beautiful self that is possible under this sky and on this earth!
