Acerca de esta escucha
On today's episode, host Tamara Radocaj is joined by two of Fidelity Canada's co-op students, to take us through their day-to-day life at Fidelity. Nathalia Lewis, on a co-op from Toronto Metropolitan University, works on the talent acquisition team, where she supports the recruiting process, sources data, and manages the careers@fidelity email. Laura Nubarian is a finance student at Concordia University, and a part of the Transfer Agent Processing team at Fidelity's Montreal office, processing advisor requests and account openings. Both of them talk about the diverse opportunities, supportive team environment, and the ways in which Fidelity cultivates a focus on professional development, such as workshops on networking, presentation skills, career growth, and more. They both provide advice to future or current co-op students, like how to stay open-minded about opportunities, ask questions, and connect with other interns and learn from their experiences.
