  • Let Go & Flow: Meditation for Detachment, Acceptance, & Trust

    🌊During this meditation, we focus on the energy of acceptance, detachment, and trust. At the root of this practice is one of my favorite mantras: Om Anandham Namah, - “my actions are blissfully free from attachment to outcome.” We return to this mantra throughout the meditation, gently feeling into the peace that comes from surrender, inner safety, and deep trust.

I am a nurse coach who both uses mindfulness practice for myself as well as for my clients.
I have been using A Zen Mind series for the past several months and truly enjoy it. It offer’s a large variety of practices… something for everyone. I start my day by listening to one before even arising. It sets my day! My clients are also finding it very helpful. Looking forward to continuing this series.
