Story time: This week I wrote the last sentence for my PhD thesis - yay!
And while there are still some edits to do, in this episode I'm sharing some of my reflections on my PhD journey these past few years and on what got me through it in the end.
And a big part of it is this: Choosing myself over and over again - when I'm feeling on top of the world and when I'm feeling lost in the fog. Being with every version of myself and being with every season of the journey and giving it my all.
And this is not just true for doing PhDs - it's true for building a family, a business, a career, a friendship, making art and really almost anything that is worthwhile in life.
