Kathy feels there is a real peace that has come and that she is truly living from her most authentic self in her 60’s. As a grandmother she is not so much worried about what her kids are doing and can spend more time focused on herself. In 2023 Kathy was diagnosed with with some heart failure and shares her journey of learning the importance of self care.
