What kind of leader do you want to be?

Thus conversation has some genuine nuggets of how to become a better leader. Open conversations are key to leading others. It is also wonderful to hear about worthy rivals and the necessity for them to help spur you on but not like we have been used to. Being able to get uncomfortable, and get through that feeling, with myself and my flaws makes me a better person/leader.

i mean this has so much positivity and to see two people that at one point were apart did not even know each and both were pushing each other two be better how positive is this
