  • S3, Episode 4: 50 State Finish Lines: Rethinking Training...Sherab M. takes us along as she rethinks her workout regimen making some wonderful and surprising discoveries!
    Nov 28 2022

Sherab M. is a longtime Toronto runner, having run the New York City marathon ten times, competed in South Africa’s Comrades Ultramarathon numerous times, and run The Boston Marathon 17 times! Sherab shares why she took that action and what her running experiences are like today. She recently competed in the London marathon and we were both in Toronto in mid October where she ran the half and my son ran his first marathon. It was a spectacular race day!

Sherab offers so many interesting insights into her race experiences as well as she helps us think differently about training. Please join us for an informative listen!
