Acerca de esta escucha
Betsy and Nasser dive into the power of saying yes to opportunity, the value of mentorship and sponsorship, and how building relationships across generations can be a competitive advantage in today’s fast-moving world. From launching websites in high school to leading conversations in a city historically hard to break into, Nasser shares the mindset and habits that have fueled his rapid success — including his game-changing sense of urgency and community-first approach.
They also explore how chambers of commerce are evolving, what young leaders are really looking for, and why emotional intelligence may be your most important skill in the age of AI.
Whether you're just starting out or leading from the C-suite, this episode is packed with lessons, laughs, and real talk about how to spot and capitalize on the “B-side” of your own potential.
Tune in and learn:
- The difference between mentorship and sponsorship (and why you need both)
- How a ninth-grade web design class sparked a full-blown career

I want a large 2 story house with a 4 car garage 3 bed rooms 3 full bathrooms 2 master bedrooms A big kitchen and a 82" TV in my living room I also want a BMW and a hanger for a jet I want 2-3 smart and intelligent kids that will go to collage and get a good job and will be successful like I want to be.
