Acerca de esta escucha
So happy to welcome Alice Kershaw to the podcast today who recently won the Spine Challenger South, an Ultra-Race of 108 miles along the iconic Pennine Way. We deep dive into this incredible experience, and talk about what’s special about ultra-running for her, as well as other races experiences such as Dragon’s Back. We also discuss her involvement on environmental work and running projects, what we can do as individuals to protect nature, and of course the community and joy she’s found through the sport.
I hope you love listening as much as I loved this conversation, enjoy the episode!
Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into female trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
