In this episode, we sit down with two members of Revelstoke Search and Rescue to discuss what it is like being a member of their squad. From the intake to the training to how a call "normally" happens.
REVSAR is a group of local volunteers who respond on any day at any time to calls for help from people in the backcountry who have gotten themselves into trouble. With members trained in a wide range of skills, from white-water rescue to high-angle rescue and longlining off helicopters.
