  • Jyoti is the Group Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Costain, where she is responsible for implementing Costain’s Inclusion Strategy. She has worked for the company for 11 years and in that time was a founding member of Costain’s LGBT+ & Allies Network, of which she is now the Chair. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer by background, and in her spare time, is a Trustee of the Primary Science Teaching Trust and an EDI Advisor on the Samaritans Strategic Advisory Board. She was selected as one of the 2021 Top 50 Women in Engineering by the Women’s Engineering Society and won the 2022 Asian Women of Achievement award in Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate. She is currently undertaking a Masters in Biomimicry which we’ll hear more about in this episode.
