15 years ago, a therapist recommended this to me for insomnia, caused by stress. I came to understand that some of the stress was emotional blockage. I have used the Clearing the Field exercise since the beginning, and still do from time to time when I’ve had a day where thoughts are spinning as I try to get to sleep. Profoundly helpful and healing!

This was recommended to me by a yoga teacher and I have been amazed at how incredibly useful it has been. I use at least one of the three practices daily, and love how simple but profound the checking in and allowing has been. His voice and word choice is perfect for truly relaxing.
