Workout #12
Yay! Another elliptical work out. I was pretty sore after this which is probably not a good thing. I'm defiantly doing this again when I go to the gym.

Make the most of it!!
I feel like I receive more out of this 21 minutes on the elliptical than the 45 I normally do. I plan to incorporate the squats and fast bursts into my normal routine. Thanks for shaking my routine up!
