Well I am officially addicted to the Savage Lands series and will not be turning back. I need to know what in the world will happen next.

Brex has traded one prison for another, at least this one has a bit nicer interior, being the prisoner of the Fae Lord of Budapest does have some advantages. Warwick, Warwick, oh Warwick, what am I going to do with you. I want to love you so much, I mean, how can you not? But you need to figure out your mind. This book has so much going on and I loved every minute of it.

Off to get into book 3. I need answers. Again.

I truly am enjoying this series, but I get tired of Brexley's naivete. It irritates me that Warwick and Brexley don't just communicate, rather than fighting and stubbornness they share. Argh, all that fighting is such a waste of time. But still, this series if FUN!

So many twists and turns

Lots of intrigue, slow burn love story, plenty of running from bad guys and fighting. Main character is not human but she doesn’t know what she is.Great narrator! It’s really GOOD

Another great book and the narration is amazing! A high recommendation. The story line is a little lacking this book compared to the first, but still good

There are parts I wanna hate but it draws you in and doesn’t let go! Gotta see where this ends! And for the love of god will the two MCs just get it on already!! We’ve waited long enough!

Definitely not for children, but I’ve been a fan of paranormal, fantasy and Sci-fy type books and movies forever. It’s been a long time for one to grip me like this series has and the narrator is the first one I’ve heard that I’m picturing the characters so easily instead of “seeing” the narrator. Fab!!!!! On to book 3!

I do have enjoyed this series! Brexly is such an amazing character & her relationship with Warwick is off the charts!
The story line is so evolving & just grabs you up into a crazy frenzy. I truly cannot wait to get back to it!

I actually was very happy with this second book, I thought the it got even better than the first. This series is full of suspense, action, hot men, kick ass women, and lots and lots of sexual tension. This is not an insta-love type of romance. There are plenty of great side supporting characters ( like ash in this one... yum).

I will note, the leading character Brexley can be tough to swallow. But if you can just go with it and kinda laugh at her then i think you will really enjoy the story. I can tell that the author was aiming for a spoiled girl, who had then "gone through the trenches" and come out the other side as a a badass/murder/kickass/take not shit/ive been through hell type of personality, but her experiences didn't quite measure up. So when she is constantly reminding EVERYONE how badass she is, it just comes of as " ya, girl we hear you... you think you a badass, but your kinda not". ;D lol

I will definitely be listening to the next book and can't wait to see what happens.
