This helpful, encouraging, and emotional book is next level! As one who struggles with rumination and future ambition I can identify that Stevens’s narrative around centering. Although I have thought about the issues brought up throughly, “What’s Here Now” seems to challenge my belief system as I overcome a past and future landscape of life. Therefore, I am “here now” to say this book is not only helpful, but also a catalyst for one’s survival in the present. Thank God for this amazing book!!
