Thanks for the program

Katie, thanks for the training program. I’m midway through week 7 and feeling confident about my first 1/2 marathon! You say it many times but the hardest part is often putting on your shoes and getting out the door. Thanks for the game plan and motivation!

So far I really like it!

I like it. I needed a new perspective and method to my running. This first episode was a plus.

I like her reminders on form. Very helpful!
Refresher on keeping my why and goals in focus.

I liked the time checks, too.

What I didn’t like was one of the songs but the others I really liked.

Like running with someone but not having to coordinate schedules.

I’m enjoying this. Looking forward to the next training run.

Great first run!

I didn’t know what to expect when I first hit play. She said run and I was like okay ,starting already. I planned to do a there and back run and didn’t know if they would tell you when to turn around. Needless to say they did think of everything. I look forward to the rest of this journey !

PDF Please!

The training is fantastic! But it would be wonderful to have a PDF version of the training schedule so you'd know how to plan it out. Please consider doing a PDF for the training.

Not training but still very helpful

I downloaded this book to use as a method to lose weight. It wasn’t necessarily to prepare for a half marathon. Katie’s encouragement and strategy makes me feel like I could actually be prepared to run a marathon if I wanted to do so. She helped correct my form and gave me motivational tools to keep getting up and going. Now I actually enjoy running!

Perfect start

Katie gives me the exact amount of inspiration, exactly when I need it. Timing is uncanny and real. I love this program with all my heart.

Better than I thought it would be....but

I have only completed one run so far but I found it motivational with helpful tips.
I would have to agree with other reviewers though the music is pretty BAD! Also yes PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could we have a pdf of the training plan? That would make planning for runs better. Also are you supposed to run every day?!?? No rest days?!? Surely not! A little bit more info please. Otherwise really good product. Thanks.
