Absolutely love the easy explanation for such a complex topic. After reading the book, I am more hopeful and aware. I now know that I am not alone. My anxiety is part of who I am. Adrenaline rush is now my favorite word to explain my anxiety and understand my anxiety.

I found this book truly inspiring as someone who has battled GAD for years and explored countless self-help resources. One of my most significant takeaways is the powerful shift from “Panic attack” to “adrenaline rush.” This simple change in wording has brought me so much relief and understanding.
