For anyone struggling to find love in themselves or in relationships, I dig this. It’s literally the formula for good relationships... it’s how to improve your relationships in general by learning to communicate in a way that the other person feels validated and therefore, loved. Very easy to listen. Not too long. You need to read it with a open mind to understand others more openly and how you can improve your own self.
