The book states that it is for bedtime, but there is music playing and not relaxing music. You can’t drift off to sleep with affirmations being put in your subconscious. I clicked on all chapters and only found one that was a little toned-down.Additionally, you can’t go to a chapter to be uplifted in a certain area where focus is needed. Maybe you can see this in print, but nothing is pointed out in the audio book. The chapters don’t seem categorized. Affirmations seem to be the same chapter after chapter.
