I absolutely LOVED this meditation!
It was exactly what I needed to hear and plants some wonderful wee seeds in our mind to start the day. 😋
I felt really lovely and peaceful after listening to it... so much so... I plan to do this one everyday.
It really does make you understand that everyday is a new day and each day we get a chance to start over and think about what we would like to create in our day 😻♥️ Peter Walters has a pleasant and peaceful voice to listen to. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this beautifully guided meditation! It’s AMAZING! 💚😋

Would have liked more traditional meditation
Message on this is good but I would Describe this more as an intention versus a meditation. There is no traditional meditation practice within this one.
