He does this without compromising or taking time or attention away from any other child.
His time and attention are not divided among his children, but given as abundantly as is needed and desired by each child.
How does he do this? Simple. He time bubbles each child. Remember, all things are present before God (see Doctrine & Covenants 130:6-7). In his perspective, there is no distinction of past, present, or future. Time only is measured unto men (see Alma 40:8).
Heavenly Father can accelerate, slow, or stop the flow of time in any environment or sphere he creates. He can create a sphere of time around any one of his children and inhabit that sphere with them, affording them his undivided attention for as long as that child needs or desires.
Within that sphere, time is meted out in mercy and abundance for that child. Outside that sphere, no time has elapsed. Children outside that sphere do not perceive any absence of their Heavenly Father. Nor do they perceive how much individual attention and time Heavenly Father has extended to the child within the sphere.
When Heavenly Father returns to the presence of his other children, it is as if he had never left. They don't notice that he had stepped out.
No sibling feels slighted or jealous or neglected or rushed. No one squawks about favoritism. Every faithful child is favored.
There are priesthood keys that afford the ability to control time. Covenant keeping Saints who have been endowed with priesthood power can call upon Heavenly Father, or exercise the priesthood to manipulate time.
Jesus Christ makes this possible through his atonement. He holds the priesthood keys that govern time. He received these keys from his Father.
Jesus Christ exercised the priesthood keys that govern time as he performed his atonement. How else could he suffer the infinite weight of all the sins of Heavenly Father's infinite posterity, and do so with eternal efficacy, all within the finite hours he spent in Gethsemane and on the cross.
He created an eternity, and suffered the whole of it, while the rest of us, outside that sphere, only perceived the passing of a few hours, and never perceived his absence.
How could Jesus organize his Church and all the missionary forces in the Spirit World in only three days?
We perceived his body in the tomb for three days, but he spent however much time was needed in the Paradise realm of the Spirit World to formally establish his Church there, and to commission presidencies and leaders to operate his Church in Paradise, including the assigning of multitudes of missionaries to teach the spirits in Spirit Prison and prepare those spirits to receive vicarious ordinances performed for them by mortal patrons in temples.
Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are present in every operating temple, and they personally attend every individual ordinance, from baptisms to sealings. Why? Because the worth of each soul is great. How is it possible? Simple. They time bubble.
Don't believe me? Listen to the words of the ordinances. How many ordinances include the words, "in the presence of God, ..." or, "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
Still don't believe me? Remember President Nelson's October 2024 promise, "Every sincere seeker of Jesus Christ will find him in the temple."
There are hundreds of temples and thousands of patrons seeking Jesus Christ, and he is there, in each temple for each person sincerely seeking him. He spends as much time with each of them as each of them desires to spend with him.
He never says: Wait until I finish visiting sister Jane, or, Wait while I spend more time with brother John.
