Great resource if you want to help your children navigate their teen years, while understanding the changes they’re going through during those critical years! I’ll certainly listen to it again before my children enter their teen years!

I am not only going to be telling all my parent friends to read this book, I'm also going to get the paper copy, take notes and reference often.
If you're looking for a tween/teen parenting guide, look no further! This hits so many of the most important parenting challenges and things we as millenials didn't have to deal with growing up. FANTASTIC book and I'll be re reading for many years!

Must read for parents of young adults!!
