My curiosity was satisfied

I heard on different occasions about the theta waves and I was curious about them until now. The book covers 10 hours of theta waves so you can feel them while you are sleeping. I tried them for the first time and l felt more energetic. I will continue trying them and I hope to continue feeling the same way. it felt good.

Very interesting

This is a great guided meditation audiobook to help you get to lucid dreaming. There are 10 different meditations to try out, which I enjoyed because it gave options for activating dream awareness. I was particularly eager to learn how to teach myself to become aware in my sleep, and know that I am dreaming. This concept really drew me in. You learn dream awareness affirmations and how to do reality checks throughout the day that help you achieve this. It’s very cool. They’re even one meditation that teaches you how to fly in your dreams! This is a great book for anyone who has ever been curious about this type of thing.

My Brain Needed a Chill Button—This Helped

Lately, sleep and I have not been on speaking terms. I’d toss, turn, overthink, then repeat. Meanwhile, my husband snoozes to audiobooks like it’s his superpower. So I figured—why not try it too? I gave this lucid dreaming audiobook a shot and honestly, it’s been surprisingly awesome. The guided meditations are mellow without being cheesy, and the theta waves? Magic. I haven’t started flying through dream worlds (yet), but I’m falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and waking up feeling way more refreshed. Even if lucid dreaming isn’t your goal, this is just plain good sleep vibes.

Sleep Just Got Magical

I used to struggle with sleep and was looking for something effective to help me with it. The meditations are calming, and the theta waves make it feel like I’m gently floating into a dream. I’ve even started remembering my dreams more clearly—and had my first lucid one last night! The narrator’s voice is peaceful and grounding. The variety of tracks keeps things fresh, and I especially loved the one on dream flying.
