My Licensing as a Science of Mind Practitioner was helpful, but within the Yoga Sutras abides the true Science of Mind. It is impossible to approach the physical Yogic postures without balancing the mind. It is also impossible to approach daily life postures (experiences) without balancing the mind. The narration of these Sutras is a true gem.

I truly love this edition. I especially love the melodic Sanskrit singing by verse and interpretation, as well as the explanations.
If you are seeking a new level of understanding Advaita Vedanta and haven’t read or listened to Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras, you are in for a treat with this 🕉

It helps tremendously to hear Sanskrit chants with proper inflection and pronunciation. It is the sound vibration of Patanjali’s teaching. I wish the reader of the text portion, which is most of the book, matched the tone of Swami Satchidanana. He sounded like he could be reading a text book without understanding it; some words were mispronounced. He sounds foreign to the subject matter. Respectfully to the narrator nonetheless.
I am very happy with the audio version notwithstanding.
