There are more of us than there are of them.

Chris is a thoughtful, and insightful writer. He touches on almost every thought I’ve had as a 49 year old BJJ practitioner. There are several lessons that waterfall off the mats, and into work, home, social, and recreational life. I am purchasing several copies of the book to distribute as gifts to my fellow BJJ academy mates. Thank you Chris, and I wish you much success. If you are in the fence….do it. That goes for starting BJJ or buying this book. You won’t regret either.
