Chapter 2 alone is worth over 10 times the cost of this book. I really cannot imagine anyone that would not make diet changes based on Chapters 4-5. I hope this plant based lifestyle information becomes common knowledge. I have way more energy plant based than I ever did before. It's also exceptionally narrated! Super excited to get Book 2 in the series!
