And if so, have you tried all manner of strategies and techniques to restore your health, but nothing seems to work for more than a few days or weeks?
If you’ve answered YES, keep reading....
You are about to discover a possible root cause of your problems, a dysfunctional vagus nerve, how that relates to your health, and how you can optimize its functioning to restore your health in ways you’ve never thought possible!
So, if you’re wondering:
- What does the vagus nerve do that is so critical that its functioning can make you ill or healthy?
- How do you know that your problems are connected to vagus nerve problems?
- How exactly do you enhance the functioning of the vagus nerve?
- What does the science say? How exactly does it work?
If you have these and other related questions, you are in luck because this three in one book will answer them all in simple language to ensure you have a completely new perspective and understanding of the inner workings of your vagus nerve. So whether this is the first time you are coming across the vagus nerve or already have some knowledge of the topic and want to advance your knowledge, this book will help!

Ugh
Because I do not have a hard copy of this book, I cannot tell if it is the narration that sucks or if the book was truly written this way. The mispronunciation of many terms make it difficult to stay with the narration. The narration is flat and computerized. I made it to chapter 3, but probably won't go any further. I feel like this was a complete waste of a credit and time.
