If you could sum up The Ultimate Deepak Chopra Collection in three words, what would they be?

The concepts are solid and pure, well conveyed and helpful. A great sample of many of the areas of expertise Deepak has to offer. But not "all" he has to offer. Only disappointment in this book are the overlaps and duplicate offerings of concepts and information. Think the editors got lost in the volumes of content and didn't realize there were as many repeats mid-to-late in the book. Otherwise, would be 5 stars all the way!

I like that The book has a mix of stories, meditations, researches. It has many introductions and explanations of life concepts that helps to understand the meaning of life, the universe, to discover why one is here.
I recommend this book to those who have awaken in their spiritual journey and are looking for guidance of how to access more knowledge to get to know yourself better and understand f your roles in the universe.

Only one star knocked off because the chapters are numbered rather than labeled for specific lectures. Excellent info, but save yourself clips every so often so you're not wading through 24 hrs worth of audio for specific things you want to refer back to!
