This book was narrated by virtual voice and for the most part it did a good job, but in some instances, the pronunciations were wrong. My major complaint is that it is too short. It does not really get into the Rig Veda but talks about a deeper way of understanding it and the richness of the Sanskrit language.

Interesting

rather enjoy the direct break down of the rig veda and how to proceed with the interpretations day to day

in depth article

I was expecting a translation of the Rig Veda, but instead I got a book report. Interesting, in some ways, but ultimately I still want to read the Rig Veda.
We get an historical perspective, the Rig Veda is very very very old, it influenced all successive religions but was bastardized until the original point was changed to nearly incomprehensible.
Basically all is one. One is all. Good.
God is male and female in perfect balance, each with equal importance in the creation of everything.

Cliff Notes Rig Veda

The content has good points except for being repetitive.
I thought some of the rig veda would actually be discussed but it becomes a dig on the limits of the english language. Like yeah, we know.
Could have at least given some historical context instead of admonishing westerners for not knowing it maybe?
And the ai voice trying to say sanskrit words and Indian names was annoying and kind of ironic.

ai voice is awful
