To help bring to light the magic of dreams, The Power of Dreams: A History of Healing Body, Mind, and Soul examines and encompasses the separate areas of dream studies to unify as well as confirm the tripartite physical, mental, and spiritual nature of dreams from what the ancients knew to contemporary scientific discoveries because such an inclusive, multicultural, multidisciplinary approach is necessary to redress the compartmentalization in any therapeutic field of research inherently subject to overspecialization. As a result, this undertaking is a “vision quest” of sorts.
