Acerca de esta escucha
The normally secure peace of the village of Tregovenek is dramatically disturbed when Father Solomon Ogilvey, the elderly priest, disappears one April evening when doing his regular duty of locking up the church. The blood on the floor and other marks of violence in the building suggest that the priest has been involved in an altercation. But where is he? For almost twenty years he has made his home with his niece, Lisa, her husband Matt and their daughter Ella. In different ways, the disappearance of this highly introvert member of the family causes on opening up of hitherto hidden areas of their lives and also in the lives of his zealous sister, Jean and her husband, Ted. Though Father Solomon has survived the episode in the church, he has lost his memory and finds himself in a world that is familiar yet profoundly different to the one he left. He embarks on a journey of self-discovery which has far-reaching effects.
