Considering the title and summary, I was expecting biting comedy, raunch, and, well, tons of sex.
I mean, hello, Rocky Horror Picture Show lips gotta be earned, right?
However, the tone was more like Austin Powers, where there’s a lot of flirting, vamping and innuendo,
but the camera fades to black for the actual naughty bits. Once I adjusted my expectations,
I had a fun time with this paranormal detective story.

More of a tease than I thought it would be

No self respecting group of vampires would lay claim to the protagonist of this story. He’s whiny and extremely repetitive, oh and repetitive… did I say repetitive? I can boil my opinion down to the fact that I own the second book in this series but I’m not even going to bother loading it up… it can just sit in my unread list, completely ignored.
I will say that the narration was very well done. The voices were all distinct, easy to know which character was speaking and the pacing was good.

What a waste of a credit. Rarely will I ask for a refund, but between the lack of a story and the very bad narration this one takes the cake.

Having read this book when i was younger I was very excited to see that they gave this and the other books in the series audio formatting. This is a fun Vampire detective novel from start to finish. Fully recommend you check out this book and the rest of the series despite the sussy baka names of the titles lol

This is not a smut book, don't let the title fool
