These concepts taught by Mario Martinez are invaluable. I will go back as often as needed to refresh my learning. Definitely one of the most profound books I've ever come across. Will be sharing this with many for years to come.

What did you like best about this story?

This audio book was performed as a lecture, but it was one of the best lectures I ever heard. I have listened to parts of it over and over to assimilate the learnings. I was so pleasantly surprised by how good this was, how informative, how enjoyable it was to listen to, and how much insight I gained. The author has a wonderful voice which added to the lecture. I thought the topic of atonement was particularly relevant, and I can absolutely see how the need for permission from a higher authority is an important factor in healing. I highly recommend.

Mario Martinez has and amazing voice and also the most complete description of forgiveness I've ever heard.

He explains how to integrate forgiveness into ones life with usable stories and real tools.

I've never quite heard the concept of true forgiveness explained this way anywhere else.

I highly recommend listening to all 6 CD's "in order". I found that they really helped me to explain to myself and other what "forgiveness is not" and with my christian background it added a whole new dimension to my understanding.

Basically he uses the first 5 audio series to build up to the last CD on the actual topic of forgiveness.

Very well laid out.

This book has been one of my favorites so far, I want to hand it down to my kids and continue to go back it as a source of reference. I highly recommend it!

This book is not only informative, it is enlightening. We are so trapped by our cultural believes that we fall asleep, forgetting that we have a choice to be happy, healthier and free from societal dictations. This is not a spiritual journey but a scientific one from a man who has studied other cultures and what makes people healthy and/or sick.

loved it. listened to it over and over and will continue to use the tools presented. brings concepts for living powerfully mentally, physically and spiritually. his voice is pleasant and he gives a ton of information AND he also has it all connect through experiential learning. I have told all my friends about this work. I am very active in self awareness on multiple levels and this fits in amazingly. great work!

I use parts of this cd to help with fibro pain and ptsd. He has one of the best explanations of fibro and a good meditation to start breaking up the knot of emotions that keep us in pain. His segment on Stigmata and Fibro is very helpful and the meditation goes right to the heart of problems. I wish there were separate tracks for the actual meditations, however, as I can never find them when I am looking. I suppose bookmarking helps.I would like to have easier ways to find the experiential stuff, as I dont need to keep hearing the explanations.Sometimes his voice grates on me and i dont agree with all he says, but its well worth a try at the meditations if you are dealing with chronic pain.
