In 1913, the Peace Palace was founded in the Netherlands with the hope of preventing future wars by providing peaceful resolutions to disputes between conflicting countries.

To learn more, FROG operative Adam Patterson is sent to meet Matthew at an Amsterdam café. Needless to say, Adam thinks the man’s proclamations are ridiculously farfetched.

That is until Matthew is killed minutes before their scheduled meeting.

As Adam and FROG’s elite team of agents race to find out who Matthew was, and what he knew, someone is always one step ahead, and each time they get closer to finding the answer, more people end up getting killed.

Because Matthew was right—there really is a diabolical plan in motion that will wipe out much of the world’s population.

It's a mix of action and intrigue, without overdoing it. The plot is to the point and keeps the interest without getting lost in complications. The narration is correct, clear and accompanies well, in moments of tension, it lacked a little bit of emotion, but overall very good. Ideal if you are looking for a light but well put together thriller.

I was offered to listen to "The Liquid Solution: A FROG Spy Thriller" and I didn't know what to expect!
Unlike anything I expected, the length of this e-book is totally suitable for the story! M.H. Sargent did not disappoint with this e-book. From start to finish, I didn't even want to pause. It's an exciting and gripping spy thriller that is full of action, espionage, plot twists... Although a completely fictional e-book, talking about issues that actually happened makes the story feel so real.
The narration is what also makes the e-book so great. John M O'Connor does an excellent job in shifting from one scene to the other, from one character to another, all while conveying the emotions and sentiments of each character.
I can't wait for the other 2 books from the FROG series to be released as e-books.
An excellent e-book that is highly recommended to spy thriller fans.
