The story has the ability to be a great read. But this story. Even though the narrator keeps calling her strong the heroin still reads weak. Power that can be depleted. A priest that has to beg is spirit mother for help and witches that can’t seem to fight out of a paper bag. I just want to get to the end. It’s got to get better. I mean if you like a woman mated to multiple people great. This is your story. Oh and magical wards that fall at will and no one has senses it nor did they have alarms. This book doesn’t make magical nor shifter since.

This Liston will have your imagination working overtime. Take the time to really listen and allow your self to travel with this book you will not be disappointed.

Extremely excitable

The writing is just so-so. Unnecessary descriptions of body parts doing ordinary things “agile arms” when all he’s doing is hugging her. The FMC, Kayla, goes from “I don’t want any mate” to “yay” practically overnight.

If it hadn’t been an audiobook I wouldn’t have finished.

I liked the story lube, but towards the end of the series it felt like it was going on and on
like a tv series that ran out of good material. However the opposite... I had to finish it. so it was compelling

I would have liked it if the story didn't keep repeating how powerful she was 'ultra powerful alpha' with her so strong 'Alpha magic'

Personally, I HATE pregnancy in any of my romance books. The fact that the majority of the series included pregnancy and child rearing made it an instant dnf for me. The whole series was also tragically one dimensional.
