Able to focus better!
I listened to this audiobook and it really hit home. It made me realize how distracted I’ve been and gave me easy tips that actually help. I’m finally starting to feel more focused and clear.

waw, what a fun book!
okay okay okay—so first off: this was WAY better than i expected. i was listenin in the hospital between checkups and this audiobook was like mental mouthwash, lol. super practical stuff, not preachy, not boring. i didn’t give it 5 stars tho bc some of the examples dragged a bit and felt like filler. but the focus fortress thing? that stuck with me. i’ve already started tweaking my morning routine based on it and i feel way less like a phone zombie. def worth a listen.

Great book to revert bad habits
This is the type of book I need. My spam of attention diminishes day by day thanks to the phone and social media, causing a delay in my tasks. This book helps you to recover your focus of attention. What I enjoyed the most were the detox strategies as I needed them urgently.
