Jim has created a process that could make the world a better place if every person used his process with the most important people in their life. As a working mother of 5 young children quality one on one time is something that doesn’t come often. I absolutely LOVE the large family dynamic, but find that I wish I had more time to spend with each child individually. This is the perfect solution to my problem. I cannot wait to schedule my first set of board meetings.
