Strange people are about to plummet into Riven Wrangleman's, monster-filled, so far peaceful life.

The new visitors are a welcome change-of-pace, for sure, but it doesn't change the everyday life of Riven the Monster Rancher...

Except Enkriah is intent on making it known that Riven is King of the Monsters, and with that comes friction.

A former foot soldier, a former demon lord, an undead elf, a sacred priestess, and her loyal guardians... Surely, they can all get along under the banner of the newly declared King.

Solid book. I liked it better than volume one. I just hope we get more from monsters prospective in future volumes

I enjoyed the series and look forward to volume 3. Side character development was great.

The main character's development of full circle to become the thing he hated the most.

I really enjoyed this sequel. I was worried it was rushing toward a final conclusion towards the end but that didn't end up being the case. I am looking forward to finding how things play out with the Webmilion in vol 3!

I want more Sam and Lucy, the monster characters are all done well. webmillion and slimer are awesome. the camel demons need more time as well. keep up the good work

I think it’s kind of really messed up that you let the corpse go unpunished. Like she literally started the whole thing when she attacked unprovoked and tried to kill her. And you just let everyone forget that shit. Messed up. She should have been exiled or something. Not praised and celebrated. Really makes me feel like riven thinks with his dick and nothing else. Sort of ruined his character.

Don’t like Lucy.
