I like Syndey Rye, the twists and turns and how she keeps adding to her group of trusted heroes. love Blue. Five books in and I can't get enough, tried to read something else in-between but had to stop to go back to Sydney. The way the mystery is written, her strength and ability to figure it all out - well done. As with any series, it falls into a formula - it works. The narration is excellent and one of the reasons I keep coming back for more.

This is book 5 of the series and it has Sydney coming home to the states to help clear her late brother's boyfriend from a murder charge. Sydney knows there is no way the sweet, kind man she knows could do this and is out to prove it.
This book has some really tense moments along with some heart twanging ones. I love these characters and hold my breath each time danger strikes...because death is a possability!
I love listening to Sonja Field's voice as she carries us through the book with her words.

Maxim, is someone she doesn’t trust, yet he comes, and wants her help to prove the murders are connected, with that of her brother, Her past friends, are challenging her, and things will never be the same. Great twist plot.
