Acerca de esta escucha

There's a difference between being asked a question vs being questioned.

In this audiobook, you'll discover why Christians should never try to prove God exists. Doing so will give atheists justification for unbelief, and also demonstrates the Christian disagrees with scripture. You'll also learn the hidden agenda behind the purpose for interrogating Christians. Most importantly, Christians will learn why debating nonbelievers, and trying to reason with atheists will not bring them to Christ. Far too often, people of faith attempt to argue with atheists in hopes to bring them out of atheism only to end up doubting their faith. Why does this happen? Why doesn't God do something to eliminate unbelief?

If you are curious, this audiobook is for you.

An excellent and easy to comprehend piece on the futility of our earthly, caring, and Christian ways of thinking. Some thought processes are that we can help and guide anyone and everyone to Christ. Meanwhile God teaches that there are some that have no desire or will to seek God. They will essentially waste our time, energy, and efforts to help them. The reality is that they never will be helped, and cannot be guided to begin with.

Great book. Very well written and the voice talent did an excellent job with delivery. While I have a slightly different position on what "election" means, Jon's story of getting engaged in apologetics, having debates via evidentialism, and wanting to destroy weak atheist arguments etc, is extremely similar to my own. His end conclusions about how modern atheists (especially those online - YouTube, FB forums and so on - aren't actually seeking God, or even engaging in conversation out of true desire for the truth, is unfortunately an extremely accurate assessment.
I strongly recommend this book to those who are engaged in apologetics, dealing with dogmatic atheists, or just finding themselves confused by the madness of the world, and the inability for so many to recognize, let alone embrace, the obvious truth that God makes clear to us all.

Very interesting, spot on assessment! Great read!
