Not five star because - no perfect people - am I right?
LOL. It is thought provoking and it brings spiritual and practical solutions together in an understandable way. He balances humor and the serious content of our vulnerable souls. I've been through quite a bit of therapy and his observations and advice are spot on, plus he adds the most important aspect of Hope, Joy and Peace which can only truly be found in the heart of our loving God. Thank you for this book! I pray many read or listen and are blessed beyond measure!!!
