It examines theory and practical real-world aspects of liberty, property, constitutional law, and national security in the context of a fully free society.

Extensive discussion of property as a moral office of responsibility to advance the general welfare by offering employment. Discussion of constitutional law includes loyalties beyond the law, fundamental rights, due process, and persistent presumption of innocence.

There were just too many holes in the constitution for me. Just paying for the proposals was left out. To have real proposal you need not only the ideas but also the appropriations.

The author aspires to greatness and clarity and fails at both. He offers no unifying theory other than what he borrows and misinterprets from others. The writing is tedious, self-centered, and annoying. I'm trying to exchange it but the transaction won't complete, which adds to my frustration with this garbage.
