Blackmail demands come in various forms.

The Blackmailer is the 21st book that I’ve read or listened to, by Vin Zandri. I thought the first twenty books gave me a good idea of what I would encounter in The Blackmailer. While I was mostly right in my assumption, i.e. damaged hero put into a compromising position or challenged by untenable circumstances and filled with plenty of action. In the case of The Blackmailer, the action came in two types, Steve Jobz trying to extricate himself from an ever-evolving situation related to blackmail. The other action was Jobz foray into the adult film business and all the adult action he and his blackmailer indulged in as she used him to achieve her ends. If you are put off by some graphic adult situation, this isn’t book for you. However, if you aren’t put off by adult content, this is a fun story. I might add it’s my first introduction to Steve Jobz PI, but it won’t be my last.
