Very basic.

I mean it’s a good book. It’s just very basic. It sounds like someone plugged in a bunch of information to ChatGPT and they just spit out a book. Most of the information here is pretty intuitive. I appreciate it being reiterated, but nothing earth shattering or overly insightful. A good read while you’re in the car if you’re thinking about opening CrossFit gym, but nothing Learned me here
