These concepts could be utilized more today in our society
I loved the part about integrity. This book has a lot of good insights. I'm already listening a second time. It's one I will use as a reference guide as I implement these principals and incorporate them into my belief system.

I liked the bit, and the portion about the wolves. it makes me think we were always ment to be a part of stong community's.

Lone wolf versus Being in the pack!!

Diving deeply into self!
I greatly appreciated how the author was able to find himself in the darkest moments of life and come out carrying his own light!
Through relinquishing control of the world and finding control of himself he has been able to spread that light to the world.
I am deeply grateful to have experienced this book.

Relatable, inspirational, must read
Bought this to share with the men in my life, and keeping a copy for myself. Not only is Christopher's story relatable, it's inspirational, and a must read for anyone who has experienced any difficulties in life. (who hasnt) This book truly opens doors on how to step out of the life of misery and self abuse to one of power and strength.
