A well written story with complex characters AND a real person narrator!! I liked the twist of an author writing shifter romances based on real shifters. Almost makes you wonder if Ms Dare knows shifters...
And I'm excited to know there are other books from this world that continue the stories of Wake, Ford, Solomon and more. 🤓

The story was catchy and moved very well! My only complaint is I think Ryan sounded like a vampire during the reading! lol That voice my dear is a vampire voice. Great story!!!!

I listened to these books every second of the day that I had available to listen lol. I’m not gonna lie, when I read paranormal romance books, I look forward to the spicy 🌶️ scenes and this didn’t have any—s*x was mentioned like once and it wasn’t detailed at all HOWEVER I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Couldn’t put it down. Never felt like anything was missing. If I had to give any cons it might be that I didn’t love how the narrator made Orion’s voice sound 😂 like a robot. I’m getting the next set of books that spin-off from this series!

I don’t want to hate on Ari but she puts Rion through so much hell during this series. I love his character but for some reason I preferred Ford more as the love interest. He’s edgy and is constantly making Ari mad. I think he would have been a much better mate for her. Plus.. come on.. HES DREAMY😭

The narrator could’ve been better. The accent for Orion is weird, and the mispronounced words can get annoying.

The story line is light and easy to listen to. The character developed is good. The narrator had a nice flowing voice. There were times that there seemed to be repetition in the stories from book to book. This is a good book for teenage readers.

It started really slow.. but it was ok. Worth the read. I thought there was going to be more erotica but it was a good story. The story teller was a bit bland.
