I originally searched for "gothic dark romance" and this came up. It wasn't really what I was searching for but I tried it. I wasn't sold on the narrators at first. But! it gets so good. you can hear all the emotions in his voice and it gets so steamy. I was literally covering my mouth in disbelief at moments and I work from home! hahaha Take a chance on it I'm glad I did.

Disappointed in the narrators at times. Male sounded ill at parts and took the more intense parts more to a loud announcer of a baseball game rather than inflecting more emotion into it.

Interesting Story Line

I have listened to a few of this author’s series, but I have found this one to have a different twist that’s dark and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Rather than the usual mafia boss romance, this has a different twist that keeps listeners reeled in. I loved the dark family traditions and emotional turmoil. Although I initially hoped for a different ending as I listened, it overall ended the way it was meant to and left listeners to thinking about different things that weren’t as elaborated on. I would definitely recommend to anyone that can handle smutty, violent, twisted romance.

I thought this book was good but I thought it was written the same as the last book. The wording was the same in many cases but with different characters. But still over all good book to wrap up the story of the Family’s.

What I didn’t like is the way the man is telling the story from a woman’s perspective( some characters)
But, overall I liked the rich characters.

As far as dark romance authors go, Natasha is by far a favorite of mine! I can never seem to put her books down and this story was no exception. The intriguing storyline and the glorious erotic scenes in this book will blow your mind. Fair warning, these steamy hot scenes are not for the faint of heart. There was a whirlwind of emotions that will leave you with a book hangover by the end. I’m talking fear, anger, pride, curiosity, jealousy, anticipation, sadness, excitement, humiliation, lust, and finally love. Honestly, What’s missing? I fell in love with the this trio of characters, And the ending........was the icing on the cake❤️
